ILAYSNABAD: Dialogue & Development Initiative (IDDI)

ILAYSNABAD (Light of Peace): Dialogue & Development Initiative (IDDI) is relatively a new non-profit community-based organisation focused on intercultural dialogue, conflict resolution, peace capacity building, social healing, and bridging the gap between community divides and cultures.

IDDI promotes harmony, tolerance, mutual respect, cultural diversity, social justice and human development with special emphasis on Horn of Africa communities in the UK who brought with them social divisions, and psychological impact of the conflict traumas that have been manifested in different forms. Additionally, IDDI trains young people studying  in the conflict-affected, and fragile countries in Horn of Africa.
